I would highly recommend Joanne Mills as she is very knowledgeable. We listed our home and before the end of the week had 2 open houses and several offers on the table. From the date listed to sold was literally 2 months. We were happy with the sale price and Joanne was always very responsive. She is good at knowing the temperature of the market and neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better experience.
From start to finish Joanne was on top of everything. I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend Joanne. Thank you for selling our house in just over 2 months from the day it was listed to the day it closed. we are so happy we choose you :-)

Horrific treatment of my elderly parents by Jim Townson. Follow up calls and texts to Joanne Mills for assistance went ignored and unanswered. They are holding their expired listing hostage on MLS on a failed deal and won’t release. Their home value is now down and they need to re-list but cannot because the home is still on MLS with Exit. Their hands are tied and no end is in sight. STAY AWAY!!!!
