I was extremely unhappy with the exit clean. All 3 people who were living in this property on the lease are very unhappy. Where to start.... Walls, maybe, just maybe he wiped some here and there. I did confirm with realestate spot clean means to clean walls where dirty. Not done. Oven Attempted to be cleaned but chemicals streeks and even dead insects left on stove top. You did refuse to come back and rectify my issues. I can keep posting all the photos of how disgusting the house was, we were never offensive. I paid for a service and you refused to attend to the things that I called you about, you sent $400 back after I told you that if you were only coming to rectify the agents issues you are to refund me, you then wiped your hands clean of it. They did a brilliant job cleaning our rental, including getting out a water stain from a serious leak that I didn’t think was possible to remove. Thank you.
This team did a fantastic job for my end of lease bond clean. They were responsive, had very reasonable prices, were on time and did a 10/10 job. Communication was excellent and I couldn’t fault their service. Exactly what I needed during a stressful time of moving house. . Thanks for a great experience
