We purchased a property from Carol and her partner Jeff that they personally owned. Upon the walkthrough of the property, 2 times, we discussed a mound of tires and the need for them to be removed. It was agreed upon the tires would be removed but due to the snow on top of the tires and freezing temps, they would be removed once they thawed. Very dishonest. Don’t trust Carol. Make sure that you get LITERALLY everything in writing. Her word means nothing!
