Outstanding customer service
I had a unit for rent in a 3 family property and Bayside/ gave me good suggestions through the whole preparation process. After it was done they showed the unit to shoppers from which I found one that did move in. I worked directly with Carla who was honest and very knowledgable.
Carla was a blessing in getting me a good tenant! She showed the unit and I was introduced to the people who were interested. After I made my decision on the tenant that I was selecting. Carla did all the background and credit checks. She coordinated the signing of the paperwork between myself the tenant and with the Housing Authority for the entire Process.
