Messcina was so awesome!! I struggle with social interactions and anxiety, but Messcina was very open and welcoming. I ride horses and have back pain, and I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about a massage helping that. Messcina proved me COMPLETELY wrong. I felt so good and loose after, it was like my legs had a reset. She communicates what she is doing and why she is doing it, which for someone with anxiety, is a life saver. I cannot thank her enough!!

Messcina noticed that a lot of my pain issues were coming because I had a lot of inflammation and extra fluid in my body. She recommended that we try a lymphatic drainage approach.
