Just picked up a new Cannondale road bike. The staff was awesome. Shane setup multiple bikes for me to test out and then they helped me get my new Speedplay pedals squared away. Couldn't be happier!

I was tod since my bike was of cheap vaue under 500$ that any repairs are not hed responsibe----since not an expensive bike--the owner contacted the poice since I was not a rich costermer--shame on the him!-----were taking about spoke replacement------a 33$ fix---that went wrong----I was shamed for ashing for a refund that went wrong----and kicked out of the store----rich owner who does not respect the middee cass----my key after k does not work----asshoes they are---do not go there!!!!! respectable citizen---who denounced a... read more
Just bought my first road bike they were very informative and customer service was A++. Shane took care of me and was knowledgable and answered all my questions. Would recommend paying them a visit.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They remembered my name after the first time I came in. I have always felt very welcome and never out of place. When I first starting cycling I visited a few other shops and always felt uncomfortable asking basic questions because of the arrogant responses I would get from staff. At exeter cycles they do not just answer questions they also will explain in a way that anyone can understand.
