RecommendedI bent a derailleur hanger. I coach a local kids MTB team and need my rig for practices twice a week. they fixed it on the spot. love these guys.
Such a disappointment. My son took his bike to Exeter Cycles to get some help with the brakes. The guy said right in front of him that the bike was not up to their standards and they couldn’t help him and sent him on his way. Didn’t realize that they were such snobs. Because we didn’t spend $1200.00 on the bike it is beneath them? Nice. My son was embarrassed and hurt at the comment. Nice job Exeter Cycles. We won’t be. Recommending you to anyone.
Their bike service team is exceptional! They do great work and standy by it. I bought 2 bikes there in the last year and a half and because of the excellent service, referred over friends who also bought there. I highly recommend doing business with them.
