Great service. Really nice people. Very knowledgeable.
Nothing but professionalism and kindness. Girlfriend and I came in looking to get her very first bike, and Todd and Steve made sure everything was right. Everyone there is passionate about cycling, patient and helpful with all kinds of questions, and even took tons of time to give my GF some starting tips for her to learn how to ride. When I upgrade my old worn bike soon, I'm definitely coming back here.
I always feel like I am welcome and no question is a waste of time. Thanks for your patience Shane! Every time I stop in whether it be to shop, browse, ask questions, need input or schedule an appointment all the staff are very polite, personal and make the customer feel special.
After a lifetime of hand-me-down or cheap big-box store bikes I made the plunge and picked up my dream bike @ Exeter Cycles (Thanks Todd!). Was back through the door twice in the following couple days with dumb newbie questions. Everyone from the sales team to the folks turning torque wrenches on bikes were super patient and very helpful. Customer for life.
