100% MUST VISIT. $10 day pass. Gritty and old school. Since ‘86. Full of friendly people and the old school weights hit the body in miraculous ways. You WILL feel insane pumps and taste delicious soreness. Love.
This is my favorite gym in Pittsburgh. Owners are great people, tons of equipment, patrons are friendly and treat each other with respect. Great place to get a workout.
Fabulous Gym for any Goal(s) from general Weight-Loss and Wellness to Boxing Training and Strength And Conditioning. If it can be done, it can be done here and to the highest level. Welcoming Community; Motivating People; Historic and I believe the oldest Gym in Pittsburgh? Either way and old or new, it's a great Gym especially for Anyone looking to get in to Boxing.
