I purchased a Hoist Elite universal gym at the Hayden Island location, but the press arm I wanted was on backorder with no reliable ETA. I have purchased equipment from this company for 22 years. I owned a treadmill they honored the warranty and replaced the deck 3 times in its lifetime. I just purchased a new treadmill from them and am receiving the same great service. Are they the cheapest? NOPE. However, I am a value shopper. This company stands behind its value. If you want Walmart, go to the competitor. Do you want to live as a winner? Patronize a store for winners.
Great service and friendly staff. They have a nice selection of high quality exercise equipment. We have a home gym, bike and just added a new treadmill. We couldn't be happier! Delivery crew was super too.
Reached out to Scott (one of the owners) almost a month ago in regards to needing help moving (& disassembling/reassembling) the $10k+ we spent on exercise equipment a few years ago. He asked me to text a video of the route the equipment would be moved out of the house to the truck, which I did. He said he’d get back to me, never did.
