EA Therapeutics changed their name and their policies a few years ago. When they were Exercisabilities several years ago they were awesome. I would’ve recommended anybody to go to them for physical and occupational therapy. They had excellent staff and took good care of their clients. But since they’ve changed to EA Therapeutics , something has changed. I missed one appointment because I was ill and I was dealing with my daughter who I care for. I simply forgot. I was recommended to EA from my Mayo Clinic Doctor for therapeutic care. The staff was both kind & helpful & improved my balance issues. I noticed improvement and recommend persons needing assistance to contact their office. I also recommend the use of their Neubie therapy unit. Thanks to Andrea for her kind assistance. Dale C
