I’ve been really disappointed with this physical therapy clinic. Their lack of consideration for patient needs is obvious from the start. There seems to be constant miscommunication between the physical therapists and “upper management,” and they don’t appear willing to work with patients who have busy schedules or who are sick. EA Therapeutics changed their name and their policies a few years ago. When they were Exercisabilities several years ago they were awesome. I would’ve recommended anybody to go to them for physical and occupational therapy. They had excellent staff and took good care of their clients. But since they’ve changed to EA Therapeutics , something has changed. I missed one appointment because I was ill and I was dealing with my daughter who I care for. I simply forgot.
