Worst urgent care I've ever been to. We filled out their electronic forms and they waited a whole hour to tell us they don't accept our insurance. They heard my child scream for an hour and then let us know. They also charge more than other urgent cares. The wait time is longer than other urgent cares too who actually tell you right away if they cover you.

I had an excellent experience at Exer Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the incredibly short wait time—I was seen almost immediately, which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. Got in right away to see care provider and came in for a follow up the next day. Easy to walk in and see someone fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and seem very knowledgeable.

I went to get a TB test. First of all I explained them multiple times that I had BCG vaccine, but they forced to take the skin test anyway, even knowing the result would be positive. Eventually, I had to pay out of pocket twice—since they wouldn't accept my insurance—for the skin test and an X-ray just to confirm I was healthy.
