Was able to schedule a today virtual appt. Online. The administrative support Karina C. Was so helpful making sure I had my ppo plan active. She was patient, kind and took the time to look up my card since my work benefit changed. I was so sick and she stayed on phone until I was able to get it taken care of. Thank you so much
The staff was very professional and polite.
Huge shout-out to Mona, who was very sweet, helpful and patient! Miguel took such good care of me, and Tori was very patient. The staff here are very welcoming and you can tell they love what they do.
The front counter staff was very rude. I had to go to another urgent care because there was no x-ray tech at the one on Terracina. Jason pay another copay the other urgent care for the same injury because I wasn’t seen in the same day. I asked to be contacted by manager and they never called.
