Very clean and well organized. Not a bad wait time for a walk-in at urgent care, just over an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Physician and nurse were very professional and thorough. Only recommended improvement would be to improve the very slow processing speed of the in-house online system for completing the check-in process.
Understaffed and lazy. Don't bother making an appointment because you will have to wait.
