My visit was great. Everyone was so nice. From the minute I walked in, the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I was treated with respect the whole time I was there. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also very nice, asked me questions like he was really interested in my life, and I had just met him. That made me feel important.
You guys are a shady company. Trying to double charge me for my visit and not having a complaint process. This is ridiculous. I will file a formal fraud complaint against your company and I will also complain with Optum so they will stop referring patients to your facilities.
The Nurse practitioner Andre was very personable and answered all my questions. The visit was very pleasant and efficient and I'm feeling much better!
The staff were very nice and friendly towards me and my child. The consultarion was very quick.
Came to this Urgent care for a fx toe for my wife and paid with my debit card in full. They then continued charging my card days later without my authorization.
