Practically no wait time however the first thing I said was i’m allergic to azithromycin and they proceeded to me a “z-pac” which is azithromycin?? then on top of that, they sent it to the wrong cvs pharmacy in a city I’m nowhere near. Very poor communication and attention to detail. Especially prescribing medication that a patient is allergic to.
Update: They have improved tremendously lately. Called at 7:45 pm and let them know I could be there in 2 minutes I just wanted to make sure they were open and they let me know that the doctor already saw their last patient and is leaving even though it wasn't 8:00 pm. The person that answer the phone added that the doctor leaves at 7:30 which didn't make any sense to me because they stay open until 8:00 pm so what good is an urgent Care without a doctor. Dr Darabi is great and the staff were all very friendly. Jair was especially helpful in helping me figure out my insurance. relatively easy and painless urgent care experience
Unsafe use of needles! My visit to EXER Urgent Care Beverly Hills felt far more focused on selling tests than providing medical care. I was pressured to approve multiple diagnostics before even speaking with a physician, then waited nearly an hour in a freezing exam room despite having an appointment and only a few patients present.
