They put in a request for an x-ray from another clinic since they don't have x-ray machine. The x-ray clinic was closed so I ended up going elsewhere. They still are trying to bill me for the x-ray I never received.

Had to take my Mom as she wasn't feeling well. Went at about 6:00 on a Monday evening. Called ahead of time and the AI assistant (which was unbelievably real and highly efficient) said there was 1 person in line and an estimated wait time of 69 minutes. As they close at 8:00, I guess there were no more appointments available.
