First of all I went there and before doing my hair I told Josie borre that I don't want no orange in my highlights and what do i get, yes orange highlights.. so she tells me to come back so she can fix it, I come back she ends up leaving it in too damn long so when she's brushing my hair all my highlights are falling out, yes you heard that right falling OUT... guess what she has the nerve to tell me, oh that's normal ughh no it's not normal for your hair to fall out lady.. She was very rude on our first meeting. As I was trying to explain what I would like she very aggressively told me I was contradicting myself and not making any sense. I decided to give her another try and had to wait 45 minutes. She did highlights around the face and didn't go to the root and there's a big gap of color that was not completed. I wanted to go back and have it redone and she was going to charge me a reservation fee of$50. I asked her how it is handled when she is late as she was during her last appointment. Sh... read more
