They are liars and thiefs. Renters beware. They will rip you off of your deposit and say they had to replace things in the house that they never replaced. I know this first hand. The rugs they said that they had to replace are still in the house. I know this because I know who is in the house now. They will tell you not to clean because you will never meet up to their standards.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Whatever you do dont trust this company. I had a house through them for 6 months and my toilet backed up 8 times and it took me forever to get them to come out and fix it. Go with a different company, trust me. They are so unprofessional.
