My wife recently saw Dr. Howard at Executive PT in Franklin, TN for cervical radiculopathy, and it was hands down the best physical therapy experience we have ever had. After her injury, she was diagnosed and advised to get an MRI and begin physical therapy. Unfortunately, the initial appointment left us with more questions than answers. The physician spent less than three minutes with her, and we left feeling uncertain about both the diagnosis and the path forward. After reading the outstanding Google reviews for Executive ... read more

Dr Dustin is an amazing PT. He really listens well and he thinks outside the box. He can work on just about anything. His shock wave therapy followed by electrical dry needling really got my non-active muscles activated. His knowledge of post surgery internal scars reeking havoc on my body helped me get over much discomfort. His use of his ultra-sound machine came in very handy to verify certain suspicions. Then, his knowledge of my vertigo like symptoms has helped me tremendously. Worth every penny.

I've been with Executive PT for years now, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. The team is exceptionally talented and creative—they consistently design workouts that are tailored to my specific needs, helping me build real strength and resilience for everyday life on the farm. Whether it's handling heavy lifting, long days outdoors, or just staying mobile and injury-free, their approach makes a huge difference. What sets them apart is how they blend physical therapy principles with pe... read more

I came in because I couldn’t bend over without pain—simple tasks like loading the dishwasher were absolute torture. I had tried traditional physical therapy in the past, which only provided temporary relief, but nothing long term. I really liked Executive PT’s approach, as it focuses on a comprehensive, long-term plan rather than quick fixes. I’m now in month three and completely pain-free. We’re currently working on building strength to prevent re-injury, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. Needless to say, I am thr... read more

I could spend the next 8 hours writing a glowing review about Executive PT and it wouldn’t do justice to the positive impact Executive PT has made on my health journey. Prior to working with Executive PT I was constantly frustrated by my experiences with other personal training options. I knew I wanted to work with true body mechanic experts who could also treat me if need be during my training journey as I am approaching my 50s and my prior training experiences always lead to some type of minor injury that negatively effect... read more
