Currently fighting with this company over a deduction from my deposit for "maintenance cleaning". I referred the new tenant and received ZERO credit or bonus for doing so. The new tenant advised that the "cleaning" I am being charged for was a woman they sent AFTER she moved in that wasnt there very long and didn't do much. It is illegal for landlords to deduct funds for cleaning outside of normal wear and tear... Edit 6/19/2022: Review changed to one star. Matt had promised us a refund on one of our application fees and stopped responding, having never provided the refund. I filed a fraud claim and EPM somehow provided documentation indicating that the charge was legitimate, despite my presenting ample evidence that we had been charged twice for our application fee. Be warned - You are putting yourself and your family at enormous financial risk if you sign their lease. I sure hope people read these before renting From this company. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. They lie, They don't answer questions, Is they avoid problems, They don't fix anything. Stay away.
