We had a number of custom features built into our former lease space, which had to be removed and repaired prior to exit per the terms of our lease. Chris and his team were prompt, developed a plan, and did an outstanding job coordinating with and meeting the expectations of the building owner. This allowed us to have a seamless lease exit without any issues. I wanted a cheap patch up cover job and hired Executive Properties. They looked at my situation gave me there professional opinion and refused my business! This was because they refused to do crap work for a buck and advised the best solution! Executive is only about integrity and there reputation. What was a little job ill hire them for the biggest!

Update to review, Sept 2024--Another fantastic experience with Executive Properties! Natalia and Mike replaced our kitchen flooring and it looks beautiful. Natalia is very detail-oriented and anticipated my questions before I could even ask them. She kept us in the loop constantly about the timeline and progress of the project. Chris and his team were there on a weekend when our commercial tenant had a broken door handle. They fixed it very fast and made sure to update me!
