the exterior lights need to be fixed. all of the stairwells have lights that are out or flashing, the eastern stairwell doesn't have any lights that are working properly. hazard in the best conditions but it's winter now and the stairs are wet and the lights are strobing at 5 pm. very low maintenance by management.
Inaccessible management company out of Portland. Frequently raise rents. Poor sanitation. Tiny kitchenette with 50's era appliances that are frequently unsuitable for baking. No return of deposits, despite immaculate condition of apartment.
This property is explicitly discriminating against international students--they require that you must have income and 3 years of rental history, or a co-signer, which is basically impossible for international students. My roommate and I are both graduate students but they do not even let us to apply. It is ironic that Equal Housing Opportunity is bold in the file they sent us
Managers are friendly, professional, and quick to make repairs. Very reasonable rent.
I had a bad experience with them it's nice cuz it's cheap for people that can't afford anything but once you move out yet to pay a big deposit over $900 cuz they say that you destroy the apartment when you haven't and we was on HUD to... it's been a couple times well I had to call housing authority to get help that taken care of... we always kept all apartments and houses in great condition if not better
