wash is great when it is open and when the app works. the app is terrible. says no services available sometimes, sometimes says no plans. I even complained and then they just canceled my plan immediately. the attendnants have told me that the app has issues and they are waiting for an update. The app is also very slow. the Sw9th location had cones out and there was no communication or information (ie: facebook post, etc) why it was closed. So tired of wasting my time going here to find that every single wash bay is blocked off with cones. It is noon on a Sunday and it is 40 degrees, absolutely no reason for it to be closed. This place has officially lost my business, no longer going to waste my time coming here to keep finding it randomly closed.
