had a very disappointing experience at your self-service car wash. I pulled into a hand-wash bay to clean out my vehicle before washing and vacuuming it. At the time, there were no other customers using the facility, and I was not preventing anyone else from accessing the bay. Despite this, I was approached and told that I was trespassing and that the police would be called if I did not leave. Disappointed with wash club. Policy stats to wait a minimum of 2 days between washes but time and day stamps at all locations are inaccurate, I was charged an additional $18. Tried to contact on several occasions to get a refund with no luck. Unable to reach anyone. Poor service. Would not recommend.
Never clean the place just uses leaf blowers to blow there trash into neighbors yards and the des moines street just watched them bow 3 bags trash yard clippings and more into there neighbors yard clearly aiming it there so they didn't haft to pick it up.
Dont let you wash what you pay to wash. Dont do business here.
