My aunt and I both booked rooms on booking.com. I checked in the night before my aunt did (on Friday), I had no issues with checking in. My aunt calls Friday night to confirm her reservation for Saturday and asked to make sure it was still confirmed, she was told by the manager it was confirmed. Had a great experience.. room was very clean.. Comp breakfast was full of choices and staff was helpful and friendly.. Will def return!!
Lots of parking. Free breakfast has plenty of options. Location great. Very clean.
Coffee pot was broken as well as the remote control not functioning properly. Attendants were aware of the remote problem and said it would be fixed in minutes. They never showed up until later in the evening when I complained again. The place is clean and good for a sleep. But not worthy of 5 stars
Rooms smelled like pee when the air conditioner was on. Tried three different rooms but still couldn't escape the smell. Ended up having to sleep with the window open to avoid the offensive odor. A few of the electrical outlets didn't work. Sparks actually came out from one outlet when I tried plugging in my laptop. As for the amenities, the fitness room was closed for renovation and the shuttle only runs intermittently depending on occupancy.
