Very pleasant place to live. I have lived here for 3 years now, and although I would say the rent is a bit high, I'm very content living here. The building is safe and neighbors do look out for one another. The managing company definitely makes up for the absent landlord and cares for the tenants. I would recommend this apartment building to someone just starting out or even a college student.
