Parking is a pain, so is pulling up to unload. A few front desk folks need to be retrained on what working a 'front desk' means.
Exceptional, and exceptionally kind, service. Clean and spacious room. Great price. Great food. Not sure why this hotel only has 3.7 stars and 7 reviews. I was so impressed by the service I let the staff know and wrote this review, my first for a hotel.
Room 412, check in July 20. The room was not clean, and found lots of hair looks last guests (women). Good things they change right away.
Had an awesome stay here, staff were really accommodating and helpful with my situation. Will stay here again.
I have stayed at the Executive Plaza Hotel over 6 times in the past 7 months. Every time it has been a great experience with the staff going above and beyond for me. I will be going back for sure, and everytime I'm in Coquitlam, I will be staying at the Executive Plaza Hotel. If only I knew about the Executive Plaza club card on my first visit, I would have at least 2 free nights already. I will stay nowhere else.
