One star...they collect the rent. That's it. No office answer phones when convenient always find b.s. reason not to refund deposit. Many things damaged in garage due to owner ' negligence when it flooded. EHR couldn't care less. They charged $500 to power wash garage driveway. I did it in my prior home for $5. They are a lot of nothing

We rented through them for a year and a half. Before moving in the carpets reeked of dog urine, had multiple bleach spots and was so thread bare between the family room and kitchen area that the carpet nails went into your feet if you stepped on it, the toilet leaked, and the yard was almost completely dead due to broken sprinklers. They cleaned the carpet, eventually fixed the leak, but we were left responsible for the yard and nothing was done for the carpet, so we made due with carpet runners to cover the nails and bleach... read more

-CON ARTISTS- Owners and renters beware, like true con artists, Tammy, Cindy and Ashley are nowhere to be found. Their physical address is to a “virtual office” that employs a receptionist in a community office space. Tammy operates her business under a pseudonym and Ashley is not capable of handling more than one query per email so it’s best if you break your questions into multiple emails and dumb it real down. My pregnant tenant reported water damage to the walnut hardwood floors in my kitchen due to a leaky refrigerator.... read more
