If I could give zero stars I would. After speaking with the property manager, on last Thursday at 8:00am she informed me that my security deposit of $250 had been received and my application would be ran the same day. I called the very next day to check the status once more, and she stated it was still being ran. Today I was informed that my money order was never received. It was brought to my attention that it was placed into the office drop box, and I would need to retrieve it on my own and put it in the correct drop box. ... read more
Nice place.The management was very cooperative during Covid 19 crisis
The only good thing about these rentals is the price hence the two stars instead of one. You have to talk to a maintenance guy directly to get anything done. The office staff are incompetent and lazy. The old property manager, who is now the Regional Manager, needs some serious people skills. She is rude beyond measure! Getting anything done around here is worse than trying to get a law passed in Congress. But boy do they bug you and threaten you if you haven't paid rent.
I had a great experience with Simi properties. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Ricki. She was a wonderful help to me and I enjoyed my experience with her. I would recommend anyone to Simi to talk with her and get an apartment.
