Shoot and Score – I had an emergancy a few weeks ago...no heat with a house full of people coming the next day. I called the emergency line and Mr. Granzow himself answered the phone and came out within the hour. I was so pleased with the service, that when I am in need of a new system, (which should be in the spring), Executive Heating will be the first and only call I make.
Go fish! – This company is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I have a $40,000.00 hvac system that does not work! I call their emergency number and tell them that I have a baby (17 mos) girl and a wife and we have NO HEAT. They NEVER called back! I finally got in touch with someone at the office and they say "The guy that does those is going deer hunting tomorrow so he cant be there for over a week!!" THEY installed it and they do that! Save yourself the headache.
