I went to this store because I work down the street and also because I prefer not to go to the big chain store. They were useless. The first guy by the cash register just looked at me blankly when I explained what I needed. Then I walked to the back of the store and found another guy. He told me that I needed to hire a handyman and let him figure it out FOR me. How insulting!
