On multiple occasions, workers left the site messy, and I found their professionalism lacking overall.
The team was unresponsive and failed to keep me updated on the progress of my project. I had to constantly chase them for updates, which was frustrating.

The construction quality was below expectations, with visible flaws in the finishing. They used cheaper materials than agreed upon, which I only discovered after some parts needed repairs shortly after completion.
