As a new resident to the area, we knew our unit was nearing it's lifetime expectancy. I was recommended to Executive by a neighbor for a check-up of my A/C unit & duct cleaning. Dwight arrived on time, & wasn't at all pushy. After a through inspection he suggested only a tune up was needed as all appeared good. Upon the techs arrival, he noticed some coil damage, to be concerned about, but never indicated or attempted to sell a new unit.
