Came out because had to run fan to get heat to run on furnace. Would not work on auto. Charged me service charge which I was okay with but told me the thermostat was bad and needed replacing. Said it would cost $500 Told him no thanks so I went on computer and reset codes on existing thermostat and now works fine. Called the expert to fix cost service charge and all I received is bad info
The office people are great. Richard, my tech, is great. Very informative and helpful. He explains everything he is doing. He answers all my questions. My system is working perfectly. I am very pleased.
