We have been using Executive Heating And Cooling for many years. Thomas came to my house last week and did a very thorough job for the semi annual check up. He explained that all of the specs were appropriate, checked the dampers, cleaned out the slime build up in one of my units. He made a couple recommendations to inhibit the slime growth that I am considering. He also checked out the air filters and changed out the dirty ones but also stated many were not dirty so he left them in, thus saving me money.
