Had a aide scheduled for today to take care of my 94 year old father-in-law who never showed up or called I called the office only to have Jennifer tell me she had more important things to take care of this morning than finding out what happened. Called back only to have Jennifer argue with me that she did show up. Well she did just not at my house. Only 4 houses on my street, guess it was too confusing for the aide. VERY Disappointed. Never offered to send out a different aide. Don't want someone who can't find our house

Friends of mine were in desperate need of care after Hurricane Irma hit Florida. My two friends, Kathy & Elizabeth had health problems & were without any electric & no ac for days in their home, along with their two dogs. Their low income & had no money. Andy arranged for them to stay at a hotel until their power came back on. They are so eternally grateful for Andy for helping them out during an extremely difficult time.
