They are great here. The van I bought had a problem and they fixed it. Gave me a loaner car to use. The sad thing is they had a big expense fixing it but they didnt pass the bill on to me. They didnt make any money off of this deal but they made things right. Great place to deal with and Chris is outstanding to work with. Would go back again. One happy Customer. Thanks again.

We bought our yukon xl from them. We have been so please with it. The staff is beyond amazing. We have made other trips up there since purchase and they fixed things after purchase! And filled up the gas tank! Thank you for awesome suv! Definitely would recommend!!
My husband recently purchased a truck from Executive Auto. About a week after the warranty expired, my husband noticed there were some bolts that were broke underneath and that his 4Wdrive wasn't working. we called and they said bring it in, he did and they fixed everything for free even though he was past his warranty date. Now that my friends, is great customer service! they were very kind and understanding. We will continue business with them!
Last March I bought my 2014 GMC Acadia from Executive Auto. And still to this day they go out of their way to help me! I recently had all my dash lights come on and my SUV running all sorts of weird. They not only helped me get it fixed but helped me through my whole warranty process: There isn’t a better place to buy a vehicle from!
I bought a vehicle from them in August. They are very accommodating in helping you find what suits you. If you have any problems with your vehicle they will work with you on a plan to fix the issue.
Bought a vehicle from Executive Auto Sales of Shawano. All the staff here was great to work with, super friendly and no pressure sales. I brought the vehicle back a couple days later for a minor issue, they fixed the issue and another thing I didn’t even notice, they also filled it up with gas and put it through the car wash. If you are looking for a great deal on a used car start here, I’ll be back next time I need a vehicle and recommend them to everyone.
