First of all, Bob was on his day off but invited me in to bring the car in anyway to look at a spot on our car where it was hit by another car. I expected that the entire bumper would need to be re-painted but he offered up a couple of options that could bring down the cost but also fix the damage. After a few closer looks at the area, Bob disappeared into his shop and soon came back with some compound and a few rags and began to work away at the dark scuffs. We were referred to Executive Auto Collision from Steve and Michelle at Traditions Auto Service (which by the way, is another amazing company). The owner Bob was incredibly professional, squeezing us in for an estimate just before going on holidays. He is very personable and his service was prompt and incredibly fair. We will definitely give him our future business, and recommend him to friends and neighbours.
