5 star quality with 5 star service. I stayed at the Instrata property and I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my stay. Convenient to metro, restaurants and my business office. Definitely will be back.
We were so impressed with the outstanding customer service and beautiful Tellus property with Executive Apartments. It was brilliant to have a fully furnished apartment, complete with all the kitchen essentials, for our extended stay with our family. Perfect for traveling with kids! I've used Executive Apartments, Inc., twice now for lodgings for my long-term training Arlington. I've stayed at The Madison at Ballston Station both times and the experience has been excellent. The staff at EAI are super accommodating and responsive. They worked to assign us an apartment that suited our needs and then were very quick about working with building maintenance and reception to make sure we had any repairs done immediately. This is my second time staying at Executive Apartments and all I can say is I couldn't be happier. I have requested to extend my stay total of 8 times and they have accommodated me in the most professional fashion. In addition to my last minute extensions, I have had few maintenance issues during my stay and they took care of them instantly. It is hard to find a company that understands your personal needs and tailors their business to meet yours! Bye 'till next time EAI!
