I purchased my house in July 2021. I used this company I won’t name the realtor but I was unhappy with a few things that took place. On my closing day, my realtor honestly did not know that I was a first time home buyer, this is something I discussed with him the first time we met.The realtor also had us pay for their fees which we shouldn’t have because we are first time homebuyers. I have worked with so many realtors as an investor in the past, but haven't come across a realtor like Dimitri Lynch, as they help you work through the entire selling process just not in terms of selling but they hold your hand and help you every which way they can. Selling a bad property can be extremely frustrating, however, realtors like Dimitri make it easy in terms of structuring a deal and negotiating the best deal.
This team is by far the best agent/team any home seller can ask for. Dimitri has helped my father sold his home twice already. He was very helpful and patient. I am so glad that we found him. Thank you so much!
