I had the pleasure of working with ExCo Custom Homes for my new vacation home, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial consultation with the designer Jeff, through the construction process with owner Nate, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through design choices and materials while respecting our budget. They communicated clearly and frequently, ensuring we were always informed about the project's progress. The craftsmanship is exceptional, ... read more
Nate finished building our mountain home earlier this year. He was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process and really takes pride in what he does. We are thrilled with the way our home turned out as it’s sometimes hard to picture things on paper. If your are looking to build and/or interviewing builders I highly recommend Exco. In the beginning when I was looking, some builders don’t even call you back. He genuinely cares about his work and is very easy to talk to. Feel free to ask Nate for my number i... read more

Nathaniel has been knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and excellent at setting expectations throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone so professional and easy to talk to. I look forward to continuing the process with them when the timing is right!

Nate and his team walked my finance and I through the process step-by-step. All you need is an idea and a budget, Exco will work with you to make it come to life. Nate was straightforward with information about my project from beginning to end. I was kept in the loop and informed every step of the way. Jeff did an incredible job designing renderings on the spot so that I c... read more
