Forgot to post a review and only remembered as we cleaned the ring just now with an ultrasonic cleaner. We dealt with Sako in late 2024 before his passing a year ago, he was such a nice gentleman. Given the situation, our service took longer and his son Vic took over. When we got our ring back with the custom adjustments, it looked great. Won’t hesitate to go back even if it’s new owners now as long as the same service and craftsmanship is there.

I went in to get my Michael Kors watch battery replaced and some links taken off, Abigail and Isabella were very helpful and took care of me within minutes! There was no wait time and she even came back over and over again to aid my revisions. I will be returning back to replace the batteries on a few more of my watches.

I had such a great experience at this jewelry store. Isabella was patient and helpful from the moment I walked in. She answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking. She really knows her products and gave me honest advice. Lena and Abi were very professional and helpful in helping me find the perfect gift for my sister’s birthday. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely come back again because of the amazing service!
