Our situation: the roof on our house was missing shingles and had rot damage. The roof was over 30 years old and past its expiration time, so a full replacement was due. Chris and his team executed in a timely manner with a high level of craftsmanship, replaced all the damaged wood, and installed high quality shingles (Certainsteed Landmark Solaris).
