WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Brown was the buyers agent for the home we were selling. The beginning started off great, the inspector came out to the property fairly quickly and the day after we received the paperwork for repairs, we had the few small repairs done. Due to the lack of doing paperwork, lack of communication, lack of helping the buyer be prepared for closing, CLOSING WAS PUT OFF ABOUT 4 different times and AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS, we are finally done with this mess.
