I have lived here @ The Terraces @ Mission Hills for a little under a year and in that time I have called this company & dealt with Sisi & Jacque Moon. They have been NO Help whatsoever. I called them 4 times letting them know of a Termite Infestation and it took 4 months to have Bob come out and the problem is still Present. Eating this place like an all you can eat buffet. Talked to Cici. She says she is looking into it, but nothing happens. Villa Mar in Mira Mesa has not taken care of their Pool for a month. I do like to swim in a pool, but not with bugs and wood sticks on the bottom. I have requested a key and it did not work.
