Do not rent from these people unless you want to be disrespected, ignored, and your tenant rights taken away unless you want to go to court and have the time for that. Now just for record I am not a former tenant I am a current one and have been for well over a year and have been dealing with this since the day I moved in and unfortunately haven’t had the time to go to court over all this. They do not care if they break your lease because they bank on the fact you won’t or don’t have time to take them to court.
