Very disappointed with the experience I visited this salon today and ended up paying $167 in total, and honestly, I feel the experience and quality did not justify the price. I also brought my mother for the first time, and unfortunately, her experience was not good either. She only got a basic gel nail polish, yet we were charged an additional $15 for a very simple polka-dot design. I’m giving this salon 1 star because of the poor customer service. They have a policy of not allowing children 10 and under. I explained that my son was turning 10 in just two months, but they still wouldn’t allow him to sit quietly while I got my toes done. I respected their policy, so this review is not based on that only. At a later date, I booked my appointment well in advance for 5:00 p.m. because I had somewhere to be afterward. Today i went for toe nails and essential oil massage but both the services were not good. She made my nails too short and ruined the shape completely. I paid for massage but it was like just she applied oil. Completely disappointed.
