Kelly is not only the best, she is amazing! She has such a warm, smiling personality and did my ingrown pedicure without any pain at all. Five stars for her—she will definitely be my go-to person from now on!
Very disappointing experience. I called ahead as a first-time customer and was told to walk in. I traveled 30 minutes to the salon, only to be told on arrival that there was a one-hour wait. While I understand wait times for walk-ins, we were not allowed to wait inside the salon at all. I explained that I had come from far, but was still told to leave and come back later, even though there was seating available.
