Good Service Good service, a bit pricey, but I don't know a Jaguar owner who ever gets anything for there vehicle that isn't pricey! Reliable a knowledgable, ok to use

I must say.... Robert and the gang helped me out so much. About to drive to Los Angeles for the holidays and I knew my alternator was going bad. Since I didn't have much time they quickly found the problem, replaced the alternator in 1 day and checked out the breaks too. Good price, really friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone. Didn't try to make me fix random stuff which I always think is a good sign. When you tell a mechanic you want to fix something and they don't let you because they know it's not bad (maybe jus... read more
Horrible experience NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Nice at first but if there is any problem, then they show their true colors. I recently took my Jaguar here and had a horrible experience. First of all, the car was returned to me and supposedly "test driven" but the car would not go more than 10 mph in drive. I barely avoided an accident and could have been seriously injured. When I got the car back into the shop, one of the workers there said that they would pay for a rental car until they resolved the issue. When I returned t... read more
