Lovely service received at Exclusive Motors in Baltimore. The salesman; Bruce, was able to find me a car with payment in my budget range as well as cheap insurance. I was able to drive off the lot the same day and with a car I was pleased with. Bruce was and is a diligent worker. Even after the sale I was able to call back with questions and he answered them. I definitely will recommend this this guy to ANYONE who is looking for a way out. He's not Jesus but he's a way maker!
They had a bunch of nice looking cars on the lot, so if I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, I wouldn't have had a problem with picking out a nice car I liked. As far as financing goes, they got me at an interest rate that I pretty much thought was impossible for me. So yes, I am very pleased, and would definitely do business with them again!
I bought a G35 from this place in October, and I am very happy with my purchase. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me but everyone in the dealership was pretty much nice and friendly.

I came in for an Acura TL that I saw on their website. I live in Pennsylvania and drove down to Baltimore because the price was the cheapest I've seen. When I got to the shop, they were about to close, but James stayed open to help me purchase my car. I'll def. buy from this dealer again.
I bought my first car here like about 6 months ago. The people were great and suprisingly patient. Just bought another car here (for my son). They had the car but not the color I wanted.( My son wanted a honda accord in black) but the saleman told us he would get that color. He kept to his word and was very fast in getting the right color. I was impressed. I don't normally write reviews, but I took time to write this one because I feel this company deserves recognition. Kudos!
I can't believe the great customer service I received at this place!!!! Honestly, I'm very surprised, that is why i'm taking the time out to write a review.
