The practice of cold calling and mailing letters to people who have just lost loved ones, begging for their business, is grossly inappropriate. How dare you. This is insulting and rude, and I hope you go out of business.

Hearse chasing Ron Gallant and firm that refuses to respect "no" . I am sure they will respond with the "we follow all legal and ethical guidelines"...but just because you can - doesn't mean you should. Ron's approach is so abhorrent I will happily take my business to a competitor when the time comes. Review readers can make their own determination - but if this early "communication" strategy is any indication of how the business is run and how they view trust building with a client - I'd steer clear....way clear.
